If, for any reason at any time, you choose to return your selection, we will gladly refund the purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account. A restocking charge of 20% may apply.
Our Return Policy
For a prompt refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with a copy of the original receipt. If you do not have your receipt or packing slip, we will be happy to issue a store credit for the current selling price of the merchandise you are returning.
No returns are allowed for used or damaged parts. All items returned must be in good and new condition and returned in the original packaging with a copy of the original receipt. Please inspect the part prior to installation. Once the part is installed it is beyond our control and the installer assumes responsibility for misapplication, wrong usage, or damage. Unfortunately, because of the type of product we sell, there are some items that cannot be returned. ProRacing® Exhaust reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or during return shipping. ProRacing® Exhaust is not responsible for lost or damaged parts during shipping. You must use a tractable shipping method with adequate insurance to prevent loss. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of the authorization.
When merchandise is returned it will be processed by our receiving department. We will inspect the item to ensure it is in new condition and issue a refund accordingly. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned parts.
